What each service covers

These descriptions help clients identify the stages they may need. Final scope, charges, responsibilities and delivery milestones are confirmed against the shipment details and formal proposal.

Ocean freight

FCL, LCL, lane matching and schedule coordination for planned shipments, larger volumes and cost-sensitive cargo.

Best suited for: Compare FCL, LCL and available routes against volume, packing, timing and destination port.
Service scope: Support may cover quotation, booking, warehouse or loading coordination, terminal handover and post-departure milestones.
Confirmation boundary: Rates, space, schedules and transit times are confirmed per shipment; destination clearance, duties and delivery are not included by default.

Air freight

General cargo, urgent replenishment, critical parts and time-sensitive shipments, balancing delivery timing, chargeable weight and cargo characteristics.

Best suited for: Suitable for samples, urgent cargo, stock-out recovery and split shipments used to protect critical deadlines.
Service scope: Support may include cargo-data review, current flight and space checks, handover requirements and departure or arrival updates.
Confirmation boundary: Batteries, liquids, powders, magnetic items and other special cargo require prior review; acceptance and charging follow current channel rules.

Pickup / trucking

China-side supplier pickup, container trucking, short-haul transport, consolidation and terminal handover.

Best suited for: Suitable for single-factory moves, multi-supplier consolidation, container loading and nominated warehouse delivery.
Service scope: Vehicle matching and coordination can be based on addresses, dimensions, weights, loading windows and site conditions.
Confirmation boundary: Loading, unloading, waiting time, remote locations, special equipment and dangerous or oversized cargo must be confirmed and priced separately.

Export customs clearance

Coordination for export customs clearance and terminal operations in China, with transport documents checked against the actual cargo.

Best suited for: Suitable for cargo formally exported from China and requiring declaration, inspection communication or terminal coordination.
Service scope: Support may include transport-document checks, visible discrepancy reminders, declaration coordination and release-milestone updates.
Confirmation boundary: The cargo owner or authorised party remains responsible for cargo facts, classification, value and licences; authority decisions are not guaranteed.

Warehousing

Receiving checks, consolidation, distribution, handling, packing support and short-term storage for China-side export operations.

Best suited for: Suitable for staggered supplier arrivals, remeasurement, stock checks, combined loading or split shipment batches.
Service scope: Agreed work may include receiving records, dimensions and weight checks, condition notes, zoning, label checks and loading coordination.
Confirmation boundary: Storage periods, free time, packing materials, reinforcement, special handling and high-value or special cargo terms require separate confirmation.

Destination clearance (on request)

Destination import-clearance coordination assessed against the importer, documents, duties and local responsibility structure.

Best suited for: Suitable when a client needs local clearance coordination and the importer and cargo data are ready for review.
Service scope: Subject to partner availability, support may include document pre-checks, local-agent coordination, enquiry relay and agreed milestone follow-up.
Confirmation boundary: The client or its appointed party normally remains the importer of record; classification, licences, duties, admissibility and release are not universally guaranteed.

Local delivery / door to door (confirmed per shipment)

Post-clearance transport and delivery assessed against the destination city, address, cargo profile and receiving conditions.

Best suited for: Suitable for deliveries to warehouses, stores, project sites or other locations with clear receiving requirements.
Service scope: Support may include address and vehicle checks, appointment, access and unloading review, local transport and agreed proof of delivery.
Confirmation boundary: Duties, clearance, waiting, remote-area service, redelivery and special equipment are not included by default; local resources are confirmed per shipment.

Shipment tracking

Updates across planned and actual milestones so clients can see current status, the effect of changes and the next required action.

Best suited for: Applies to ocean, air and any confirmed pickup, export, clearance and delivery stages.
Service scope: Updates may cover booking, pickup, receiving or loading, export customs, departure, transit, arrival and agreed delivery milestones.
Confirmation boundary: Status relies on valid carrier, terminal, warehouse and partner information; milestone tracking is not a fixed transit-time guarantee.
